People Perfect is hiring on behalf of a leading Ice Cream & Dairy Manufacturing Company.

Location: Lahore
Position: Production Manager (Production & Quality Control)
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Implement production schedules to meet demand and operational targets.
• Ensure quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production machinery, equipment efficiency, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and SOP compliance.
• Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; relevant Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Ice Cream or Dairy Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and raw materials.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
