Mechon Global Equip LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Cum Admin Executive to join our team in Calicut. If you have experience in accounting, administration, and office coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account closing
• Maintain purchase and sales records
• Basic knowledge in English communication required.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and service providers when required
• Handle office administration and documentation
• Maintain employee records and support HR administrative tasks
• Manage office supplies, utilities, and general office operations
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Ensure proper filing and record management

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

✔ 2–3 years of experience in accounts and administration

✔ Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication

✔ Strong organizational and time management skills

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
