Area | Full-Time | On-Site Our client, a growing full-service commercial mechanical contractor , is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Team Lead to oversee HVAC installations, service operations, and field technicians throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This is a hands-on leadership position , not a sales role. They're looking for a licensed HVAC professional with extensive commercial experience who can troubleshoot complex systems, perform installations and repairs, and lead technicians while maintaining high-quality standards in the field.
