Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP QM solutions across manufacturing and supply chain environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure SAP QM processes, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules including PP, MM, SD, PM, and EWM. Experience in S/4HANA implementations, support, rollouts, and enhancements is preferred.
• Key Responsibilities
• • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
• • Configure and support SAP QM functionalities including:
• o Quality Planning
• o Quality Inspection
• o Quality Notifications
• o Quality Certificates
• o Defect Recording
• o Vendor Quality Management
• • Configure and maintain:
• o Inspection Plans
• o Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs)
• o Sampling Procedures & Schemes
• o Selected Sets and Catalogs
• o Quality Notifications
• • Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes.
• • Work on batch management, batch determination, classification, and traceability processes.
• • Ensure integration of SAP QM with PP, MM, SD, PM, EWM, and Warehouse processes.
• • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare Functional Specifications.
• • Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and Go-Live support.
• • Work closely with ABAP teams for developments, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• • Provide incident management, production support, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
• • Develop training materials, SOPs, business process documentation, and user manuals.
• • Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• • Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
