<p>Key Responsibilities </p><p>Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp </p><p>Provide accurate product information (pricing, sizing, fabric, availability, delivery timelines) </p><p>Assist customers with product recommendations </p><p>Handle order-related inquiries, follow-ups, and basic customer support </p><p>Track customer inquiries and report common questions or issues </p> <p>Qualifications </p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field </p><p>Strong written communication skills </p><p>Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business </p><p>Good understanding of brand communication and social media trends </p> <p>Experience </p><p>Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital engagement, brand communication, or a related role </p><p>Experience handling Instagram DMs and WhatsApp interactions for a brand or business </p><p>Prior experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an added advantage </p>
