Job DescriptionLead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic US payments transformation initiatives.Shape operating models, plans, roadmaps, governance, and executive decision materials.Coordinate internal teams and external financial partners; manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; and improve efficiency, resilience, controls, and operational sustainability.
RequiredMust be able to go to Miami or New York City office.12+ years in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, or related consulting, including significant US market experience.Deep expertise in FBO structures, money movement, safeguarding, settlement, reconciliation, and US payments regulation. Strong senior stakeholder management and executive presentation skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs; sound analytical and commercial judgment.Extensive interaction with senior leaders, specialist teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders, so strong communication and influence skills.Clear, structured communication. xzbcwsv Merchant or marketplace experience is over bank-only experience.
