Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of callsQualify potential clients through structured intake questionsGather and enter detailed information into case management systemsProvide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalismPrioritize and manage multiple inquiries efficientlyCollaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth intake processesMaintain confidentiality and adhere to law firm standardsExperience with KPI's relating to call volume/team goals
Requirements:1+ years of customer service experience in a law firm or professional services environmentStrong xzbcwsv phone presence and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and organized under pressureReliable and able to work fully on-site, Monday–Friday, 9–6 in Bergen CountyProficient with basic computer systems and data entry
Base Salary of $50-$55,000 DOE, plus discretionary year end bonus & comprehensive benefits
