What you'll be doing
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities with accuracy and ownership. Prepare and maintain financial records, reconciliations and supporting schedules. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities. Review financial information and identify discrepancies or unusual items. Work on reporting and accounting deliverables within agreed timelines. Maintain high standards of quality and process compliance. Communicate effectively with internal teams and relevant stakeholders. Support process improvements and contribute ideas to improve workflows. Assist and guide junior team members when required.What we're looking for
Relevant experience in accounting or finance operations - Minimum 3+ Years. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to international accounting environments will be an advantage. Experience with Xero, Quick Books, Sage or similar systems is desirable. B. Com, M. Com, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualifications are welcome.Why this opportunity?
