D Succeed Learners is an education and test-preparation organization helping students and professionals achieve their academic and international education goals. We specialize in guidance and support for various English proficiency and standardized examinations, along with convenient and cost-effective exam voucher solutions .

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and student-focused Education Counselor to join D Succeed Learners. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals regarding suitable exams, promoting and selling authenticated exam vouchers , converting leads into customers, and assisting candidates throughout the exam registration and booking process.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Lead Conversion:

• Handle student and candidate inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email .
• Understand candidates' requirements, timelines, and preferred destinations or career goals.
• Recommend suitable exams such as Oracle,Microsoft,ISACA,AWS,PMI,EC-Council,PECB and other relevant tests.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and convert inquiries into successful voucher purchases.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and candidates.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, student details, follow-ups, sales, voucher transactions, and booking status .
• Update CRM/database regularly.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports.
• Track individual performance against assigned targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi .
• Strong counselling, interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close sales .
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Good understanding of Oracle,Microsoft,ISACA,AWS,PMI,EC-Council,PECB or willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of exam registration and booking procedures.
• Comfortable working with CRM software, MS Excel, MS Word, WhatsApp, email, and digital communication tools .
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment .

• Lead-to-sale conversion rate
• Number of qualified leads handled
• Follow-up and customer conversion rate
• Monthly revenue achievement
• Successful exam bookings
• Customer satisfaction and retention
• CRM/database accuracy

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, exam-voucher sales, telecalling, inside sales, edtech, study-abroad counseling, or a related field.
• Experience specifically in exam voucher sales or test-registration services will be an advantage.
