Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Work Experience

2–7 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales. Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales. Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey. Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools. Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and sales closure.

Personal Attributes

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach. Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
