Hiring: Area Manager – Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve defined AUM and Revenue targets in line with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the existing network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) .
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new and potential IFAs to expand the distribution network.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business, productivity, and performance targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of IFA servicing across sales support, query resolution, product training, and client seminars.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide strategic guidance to the sales team to maximize business opportunities and performance.
- Build and strengthen the team in line with the defined organizational structure , ensuring the right talent is hired and developed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and deliver a superior partner experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Mutual Funds / Asset Management / Wealth Management .
- Strong IFA/Distributor network and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving AUM & Revenue targets .
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams .
- Strong communication, business development, and leadership skills.
