Provide first/second line support for Teamcenter Rich Client (RAC) and Active Workspace (AWC): login issues, search, revisioning, workflows, dataset operations, and FMS cache troubleshooting. Monitor and maintain core services: Teamcenter server, FMS, Dispatcher, Indexing, Volume servers, and SSO configurations. Manage preferences, access controls, groups/roles, organization structures, projects, lifecycle objects, and release statuses. Perform health checks, log reviews, cache purges, and refiling after CAD upgrades.
