• Licensure: MN license or IMLC required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-120 days

• Patient Volume:
  • 35-50 patients under treatment across the physician team
  • Approximately 10-16 patients under treatment per day per MD
  • Average of 3-5 CT sims per day total
  • Approximately 2-3 consults per day, four days per week
  • No consults typically scheduled on OTV day
  • Approximately 10-12 follow-ups per week
• Appointment Lengths:
  • Consults: 60 minutes
  • Follow-ups: 30 minutes
