Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Finance professional with 2–3 years of startup experience , who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances . The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables
• Documentation related to domestic & foreign investments
• Supporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirements
• Coordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants
• Handling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliances
• Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting
• Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis
• Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant finance experience in a startup
• Exposure to investment / fund-raising documentation, and FEMA & foreign investment regulations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliances
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com
• Experience in VC/PE-backed startups is a plus
