Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based in New Delhi. The Massage Therapist will perform a range of bodywork treatments, including therapeutic and relaxation massages, tailored to guest needs and health considerations. Responsibilities include conducting pre-session consultations, explaining available treatments, maintaining high hygiene standards, and preparing treatment rooms and equipment. The role involves supporting stress management and overall wellness for guests, ensuring a professional and respectful experience throughout each visit. The Massage Therapist will also manage appointment schedules, provide aftercare guidance, and collaborate with the team to maintain consistent service quality. Qualifications
Therapeutic bodywork skills, including Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with a focus on safety and proper techniques. Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and other relaxation or wellness-focused treatments. Ability to support guest well-being through Stress Management techniques and holistic care approaches. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and an empathetic, guest-centered approach. Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or spa/wellness practices from a recognized institution. Knowledge of basic anatomy, contraindications, and client intake procedures to ensure safe treatment delivery. Ability to work flexible hours, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace ethics. Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
