Role Description

The Client Success Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on making sure every client gets strong outcomes and consistent service quality. You'll help onboard new clients, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the platform. You'll also support sales and marketing efforts, helping bring new operators onto the platform. You'll know each client's setup well, stay in close contact with them, and gather feedback along the way. Quality is central to this role. You'll monitor calls, bookings, and client dashboards daily, and keep clients informed as issues are resolved.

This is an early, founding-team role working directly with the founder. Hours, compensation, and responsibility grow with our client base. For the right person, this role has a clear path to becoming full-time and leading Client Success.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Experience in customer success, customer service, or account management, ideally with US-based clients
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing is highly preferred
• Intermediate technical knowledge, comfortable working with SaaS platforms and dashboards
• Understanding of how software products are developed and released
• A detail-oriented approach to quality, documentation, and process
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in transportation, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Availability during part of US business hours (Eastern/Central time)
