Desired Competencies

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal
• Design and implementation of DLP policies across Microsoft 365
• Experience with Sensitivity Labels and Data Classification
• Knowledge of eDiscovery, Audit, Insider Risk Management
• PowerShell scripting and automation

Good-to-Have

• Defender for Cloud Apps
• GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS knowledge
• SIEM integrations
• SC-400, SC-200 certifications

Role Expectations

1. Implement and manage Microsoft Purview solutions
2. Configure DLP, Labels and Retention Policies
3. Monitor incidents and support investigations
4. Support compliance and audit requirements
