Broker Service Officer / Credit Analyst – Australian Mortgage

Position Title: Broker Service Officer / Credit Analyst

Department: Australian Mortgage

Person Specification, Competencies, and Attitudes

* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional

* Proactive and able to take necessary actions and make decisions to meet objectives and deadlines.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.

* Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

* Strong attention to detail when reviewing important documents, identifying errors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high accuracy through meticulous validation.

Well-organized and able to manage and resolve conflicting priorities effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

2+ years’ experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry (AU loan processing)

Experience using aggregator CRMs such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, or SalesTrekker

Familiar with project/task management tools (Monday.com , Trello, Airtable, etc.)
