Someone who has already been behind multiple viral reels and knows exactly what made them work. What the role looks like → → Writing reel scripts, captions & LinkedIn copy that actually sound like the client — not a template → Studying each client's voice and adapting to it across every single post → Researching trending formats, hooks & content patterns every week → Turning one insight into 3–5 content angles → Building and managing content calendars end-to-end → Coordinating with designers, editors & the management team — giving clear briefs and edits → Making sure every post goes live on time, captions are flaw
