We're Hiring Associate Manager - Affiliate Growth

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

We're looking for an experienced Associate Manager - Affiliate Growth to join a fast-growing performance marketing team.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing

Experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team

Hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI & CPC campaigns

Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners

Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers or similar

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers
• Drive publisher growth and campaign performance
• Build strong relationships with affiliate partners
• Monitor campaign profitability and optimize performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
