Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users through phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices .
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications .
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
• Maintain knowledge articles and technical documentation.
• Follow IT security, support, and company procedures.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support / Service Desk .
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 .
• Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 .
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
