Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor

The Senior Advisor – Talent Acquisition India, will lead strategic hiring initiatives for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) building construction projects. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent across engineering, project management, commercial, and support functions in buildings vertical. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, project directors, and HR stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline aligned with project timelines, ensuring the availability of high-quality professionals across multiple building projects. Lead end-to-end recruitment for PMC and building construction projects, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project timelines and business needs. Partner with project directors, en
