About the Role

Natureland Organics is looking for a detail-oriented Certification Executive to manage organic certifications, compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of organic standards and experience in certification-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage organic certification processes, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain certification records, compliance reports, and traceability documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NPOP, NOP, and EU organic certification standards.
• Manage label, logo, and certification compliance.
• Handle TC applications and certification-related processes.
• Coordinate with certification agencies and internal departments.

Requirements

• Experience in Organic Food Certification, Quality Assurance, or Compliance.
• Knowledge of NPOP, NOP, and EU organic standards.
• Experience handling TC applications and certification documentation.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Understanding of audits and inspection procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
