Cone Health is seeking an RN for our Progressive Care Unit at Wesley Long to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to acutely ill adult patients. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care, manages complex monitoring, titrates IV medications, and responds to changes in patient condition. Responsibilities include coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, documenting in the EMR, and supporting safe transitions of care.
