SRC Pvt Ltd is expanding its Adhesives Division and is looking for motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Officers to drive business growth in key markets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales expertise and a passion for building long-term customer relationships in industrial and retail sectors.

Position: Field Sales Officer – Adhesives
Locations: Karachi

Your Role

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets within the Field.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and industrial clients.
• Promote adhesive products across sectors such as construction, furniture, packaging, and manufacturing.
• Identify new customers and expand market coverage.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective market execution.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
• Manage receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and market data.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, packaging chemicals, construction materials, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and distribution networks.
• Own transport with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
