Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with: Mongo DB Postgre SQL My SQL Experience managing cloud databases on Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of database backup, replication, and high availability setups. Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring tools. Basic to intermediate administration skills in Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

Scripting knowledge using: Bash Python Shell scripting Experience with automation and infrastructure tools. Knowledge of database security best practices.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in database administration. Hands-on experience with open-source databases in production environments. Experience supporting cloud-based database infrastructure is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

Experience with database monitoring tools. Azure, Open Source certifications related to database administration.
