Motion Graphic Designer

Radic is an AI ad creative platform built for performance marketing agencies. Our thesis is simple: context-first creative. Brand guidelines, personas, campaign history, and creative learnings live inside the product once, so every output stays on-brand automatically. We’re looking for someone who can bring that same thinking to Radic itself. You’ll own our visual storytelling across every customer touchpoint—from LinkedIn content and product marketing to feature launch videos, case studies, presentations, and brand assets. More than creating beautiful work, you’ll build the systems and templates that make every future launch faster, more consistent, and unmistakably Radic. What you’ll actually do Social content (Weekly) Design and edit short-form videos and static creatives for LinkedIn (3 posts per week) Turn founder insights, product updates, customer stories, and design breakdowns into scroll-stopping content Build reusable templates so content production becomes faster over time Maintain a consistent visual language across every post Explainer & feature launch videos Own motion graphics for every product launch—from 30-second feature reveals to 60–90 second product explainers Animate UI, kinetic typography, product walkthroughs, and feature demonstrations Work from creative briefs, voiceovers, and product prototypes through to polished final videos Coordinate music, sound effects, and voiceovers when required Create reusable animation systems so every launch doesn’t begin from scratch Brand & marketing design Design pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, landing page visuals, launch assets, and event graphics Ensure every external-facing asset reflects the same premium quality as the product Work within our design system—Rust, Slate, Linen—and know when to bend it without breaking it Help evolve Radic’s visual identity as the company grows Collaborate across teams Work closely with Product Design, founders, and marketing to shape launch narratives Contribute ideas—not just execution Build scalable creative workflows and templates that improve production quality and speed “We obsess over small details—a renamed button, a shimmer animation, a color that’s 4% too warm. If that sounds like your kind of problem, keep reading.” What we’re looking for Must-have 2 years designing for brand, social media, and motion graphics Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design Motion design reel required Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects Strong proficiency in Figma Comfortable using Premiere Pro or CapCut for fast-turn social videos Excellent understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and pacing Ability to take a rough brief and return with multiple creative directions—not just one Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to accelerate creative production while maintaining quality Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Nice-to-have Experience creating product marketing or explainer videos for a B2B SaaS company Experience coordinating voiceovers and sound design Familiarity with UI animation and micro-interactions An eye that’s allergic to stock photography and generic gradients Tools Figma · Adobe After Effects · Premiere Pro / CapCut · Motion Graphics · Typography · Product Marketing · Social-native Video · AI Creative Tools What this role isn’t Not a “post whatever’s trending” social media role Not purely execution—you’ll help define the visual systems behind every launch Not an isolated designer—you’ll collaborate daily with Product Design and founders Not about flashy animations—clarity, storytelling, and restraint matter more than effects Not reactive—we’re building a brand that compounds over time Success looks like Within the first few months, you’ll have: Established a consistent LinkedIn content cadence Created polished product launch videos for every major release Built reusable templates for graphics and motion assets Helped Radic develop a recognizable visual identity across every touchpoint Made creative production faster without compromising quality
