WE’RE HIRING: Sr. BRANCH MANAGER | FOREST PARK, IL

Salary: $65-$70k/year (based on experience) + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance) + commission
We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead and grow our Forest Park, IL staffing operation.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a staffing professional who understands both sides of the business: developing client relationships and driving recruiting/branch performance.
What You’ll DoLead the day-to-day operations of the Forest Park branchDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsDrive new business development and revenue growth within the local marketIdentify opportunities to expand staffing partnerships with employersLead, coach, and develop recruiters and branch staffOversee recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and workforce needsPartner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver staffing solutionsMonitor branch performance, productivity, and key staffing metricsHelp ensure a strong candidate and client experience from initial contact through placementCollaborate with SwipeJobs leadership and internal teams to support business growthRepresent SwipeJobs professionally within the local business community
What We’re Looking For5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in a branch or market leadership roleProven experience managing recruiters or staffing teamsStrong business development and client relationship skillsExperience within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or high-volume staffing preferredDemonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accountsStrong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, and staffing operationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsA hands-on management xzbcwsv style with the ability to both lead a team and develop business
