Forklift Operator/Warehouse

Forklift DriverTeamwork oriented employee responsible for the movement of materials in receiving, production and shipping as needed.Essential Duties and Daily TasksSystemically scan and physically pull products to prepare for shipment.Moves cabinet material, and any material from storage to work areas and vice versa.Performs routine maintenance on forklift as required by established procedures.Maintains cleanliness of storage areas as assigned.Maintains inventory records as required.Performs duties consistent with established safety rules and procedure.Coordinates with saw operators, and production management.Performs other duties as required by management.CompetenciesTeamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities.Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.Minimum RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject to weather, noise, and dust.Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.Able to use a tape measure for accuracy.Able to bend and stand, or sit for extended periods of time.Why Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
