Frontend Developer – React.js & Next.js Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Bangalore & Pune Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern frontend development, responsive UI design, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js. - Build reusable and maintainable UI components. - Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional frontend applications. - Work with REST APIs and integrate backend services into frontend applications. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. - Implement responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. - Follow coding standards, best practices, and version-control processes. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices. Required Skills - 2–3 years of professional experience in frontend development. - Strong hands-on experience with React.js. - Good experience with Next.js. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) and preferably TypeScript. - Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. - Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. - Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab. - Good understanding of frontend performance optimization. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have - Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js. - Familiarity with Next.js routing, middleware, and API integration. - Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. - Understanding of CI/CD and modern frontend deployment practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Candidate Profile - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently as well as within a team. - Good attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. - Willingness to work on-site from the Bangalore or Pune location.
