Roles and Responsibilities Role The role involves multiple cost saving program executed by all RO & WBO units, the person should co-ordinate with various Units of RO& WBO for multiple activities . Key Responsibilities Responsible for Budget VS Actual Sound knowledge about payment to vendor and taxes Oversee unit executed provision for the payment Ensure the cost saving targets are fulfilled Follow up on all SA -account receivables Coordinate with the multiple stakeholder for execution of activities Ensure payment are accounted to the correct cost code. Actively pursue all work in progress activities, identifying the cause and providing a corrective solution. Obtaining reasoning on Budget vs Spend for the respective units assigned.
