Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end understanding, monitoring, and management of all APIs integrated and offered by BeFiSc covering API operations, vendor alignment, incident management, and sales-to-tech coordination and will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and organizational objectives.

The candidate should have relevant experience in API/product management within a technology or fintech environment, strong knowledge of API lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and incident/support management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing technology environment.

Required Skills

API lifecycle management request-response flows, authentication protocols, rate limits, and error handling

Vendor management API documentation, multi-vendor comparison, pricing, and contractual/SLA compliance

Incident and support ticket management with severity-based SLA handling

API monitoring and quality assurance (uptime, latency, output validation)

API monitoring/dashboarding tools and documentation platforms

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)

3–6 years of relevant experience.

Relevant experience in API/product management, preferably in a KYC/KYB, fintech, or SaaS environment.

Strong knowledge of API integrations, vendor management, and incident/support processes.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience in FinTech / BFSI / Technology / Digital Commerce or a related industry.

Experience working in a growing technology organization.

Knowledge of relevant industry processes, tools, or technologies.

Relevant certifications or additional qualifications.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.
