Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accountant & Administrative Officer in the Greater Bengaluru Area. 

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger, invoicing, vendor payments, and accounts payable/receivable (AR/AP). Additionally, you will also manage Handle all Indian tax and statutory compliance, including GST (filings & reconciliations), TDS (deduction & returns), Payroll, labour statutory payments and filing, PF/ESI, and assist in tax audits. Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and monthly financial reporting and coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs) for annual audits, balance sheet finalization, and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com). Master’s degree (M.Com / MBA in Finance)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working as an accountant.
• Proficiency in tally, excel, word, with ability to prepare financial performance reports. 
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• Experience in uploading the invoices of engineering, construction, or consulting tender services is a strong plus
• Knowledge about tender portals and prior experience in industrial sectors, Oil & Gas needed.
