The company develops tailored product solutions for diverse industrial customers, aligning formulations with specific process environments and performance needs.
Role Summary
Responsible for generating sales of release agents, mold coatings, and processing aids to the rubber and plastics molding industry (automotive rubber, seals & gaskets, industrial rubber, tanks, footwear, etc.). The role demands strong technical capability and plant-level presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage rubber molding customers.
- Conduct on-site trials (compression/injection/transfer molding).
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting & after-sales support.
- Maintain relationships with production heads, QA, and purchase teams.
- Submit daily, weekly visit reports, trial reports, and monthly forecasts.
- Grow key accounts and add new customers each quarter.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in rubber chemicals or catering to the rubber products manufacturing industry.
- Engineering, Science, or Chemistry background preferred.
- Must be able to travel extensively.
Salary
- Base Salary: Commensurate to experience – based on direct experience in the rubber industry.
