Carolinas Medical Center, a flagship teaching and referral hospital of Atrium Health in Charlotte, is seeking a Neonatal Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to newborns, including infants requiring specialized or intensive support. Assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, assist with stabilization and resuscitation, and respond promptly to changes in condition. Partner with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized care plans. Educate and support families while maintaining accurate documentation and a safe care environment. An active North Carolina RN license and BLS are required; NRP certification is expected.
