Role Description

This is a full-time for B.Com, Articled Assistant and CA Intermediate located in Thane .

The Articled Assistant will support the firm in audit assignments, taxation work, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance . The role involves working closely with senior professionals to assist in client engagements and ensure adherence to applicable accounting and taxation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting
• Prepare and file income tax returns and other tax compliance documents
• Maintain audit documentation and working papers
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory filings

Qualifications

• B. Com, CA Articles and CA Intermediate
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of tax laws, return preparation, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with auditing procedures and documentation practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
