Job Description Manage and oversee interior construction projects ranging from approximately $500K to $2M. Lead projects within Class A office, healthcare, and retail interiors. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. Promote and enforce jobsite safety procedures and company standards. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and trade partners. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues. Support successful project delivery across Charlotte, Huntersville, Spartanburg, and surrounding markets within a 1-2 hour radius of Charlotte. Ensure occupied renovation projects are executed with minimal disruption to clients and building occupants. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Interiors should have: Experience managing interior construction projects as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role. Background in commercial interior renovations and tenant improvement projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to drive accountability and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable professional. Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a dynamic environment. Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites throughout the region.
