This is a revenue-focused hunter role for an experienced staffing sales professional who has a proven ability to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and consistently generate profitable staffing business. The ideal candidate brings an established, activatable network of IT staffing clients, hiring managers, procurement leaders, and MSP/VMS relationships, with a proven ability to convert those professional relationships into new staffing opportunities. The successful candidate will own the complete client acquisition lifecycle—from prospecting and client engagement to commercial negotiations, account development, and ongoing relationship management.
