National Sales Manager – Sterile Surgical Disposables National Sales Manager - M/s Shreyansh Healthcare Pvt Ltd Location Anywhere in India (Extensive Travel Required) Reporting To Managing Director Product Portfolio Sterile Disposable Syringes Syringes with Needles Hypodermic Needles IV Cannula Infusion Sets Blood Collection Products Surgical Gloves Other Medical & Surgical Disposable Products Experience 10–20 years in sales of medical devices or surgical disposables. Minimum 5 years in a national or regional leadership role. Proven experience in disposable syringes is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the national sales strategy. Appoint and manage state-wise distributors and super stockists. Build and lead a high-performing sales team. Drive sales in: Government institutions Private hospitals Corporate hospital chains Medical colleges Institutional buyers Trade and distribution channels Increase market share across India. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Work closely with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns. Identify new business opportunities and key accounts. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Ensure effective forecasting, inventory planning, and sales reporting. Essential Requirements Strong nationwide distributor network. Experience in handling government tenders and GeM business. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering. MBA in Marketing preferred.
