Job Title: US Property Market Executive

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Night Shift | Monday to Friday

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking professional to join our team and work on a US-based property market process.

Candidates with prior experience in the US real estate/property market will be highly preferred. However, candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day activities related to the US property market.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients/customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand and manage property-related information and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly updated.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients/customers.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift .
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday .
• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/basic software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the US property/real estate market will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in US-based BPO, customer service, calling, or back-office processes will be an added advantage.
• Experienced candidates will be preferred, but freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply .

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month , depending on experience and skills.
