Maintenance Technician I

JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician I assists with residential unit turnovers and maintenance repairs in all Plymouth Housing Group buildings. The employee in this position is a member of the Maintenance team which includes Float Janitors and will be expected to work in collaboration with others as well as independently.
