Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor and handle all income and expense relevant accounting, MIS and analysis effectively.
• Handle seller management and payments to sellers like vendor agreements and performance.
• Evaluate and track all tax relevant matters and cooperate with tax consultants for several taxation matters relevant to evaluation and appeals.
• Manage statutory, tax and internal audits according the audit schedule and handle all audit issues and making course accurate where needed.
• Handle closing of accounts according the schedule.
• Handle regulatory and other related compliances and making that all statutes and laws and obeyed to without exception.
• Make and evaluate the monthly MIS to be presented to the senior management.
• Make and evaluate financial statements made on periodic basis.
• Handle payroll for all employees of the Trust and some group companies (if needed).
• Handling all insurance relevant matters for the Trust whereas subsidiary companies.
• Able to hire, train and handle a team member of skilled executives.
• Support the Manager in all other matters and measures related to finance and accounting, as needed from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA/ Bachelor's in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
• At least have 1 - 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
