Job Description
Seeking a firm, empathetic babysitter for our bright adopted sons (9 & 12). Start mid-Oct (flexible). Own car required. Must love dogs (we have 4 friendly ones!).
Our boys are smart but navigate ADHD, anxiety, and early trauma. They are still developing accountability. We are a very routine, disciplined household. We need a partner who can uphold rules, maintain boundaries, and be firm. Actions have consequences—sometimes you’ll supervise one child having quiet downtime at home while we take the other on a reward outing.
Duties: supervision, positive engagement, safety, occasional evenings. If you value structure and have experience with this age group, please reach out!
