Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist (Q2C – SAP)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Contract Duration: Until December 31, 2026

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week onsite)

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes to support order management, contract administration, and sales operations activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, Order Management, or Contract Management , with working knowledge of SAP .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Q2C processes including quotes, orders, renewals, and contracts.
• Process and validate sales orders in SAP.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve order and contract-related issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and SLA adherence.
• Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, Order Management, or Contract Management.
• Good understanding of Q2C processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
