Brief Summary

The role requires coordination with compliance agencies, maintenance of regulatory records, management of board meetings, and upkeep of compliance tools. The scope also includes supporting finance compliance activities, ensuring comprehensive adherence to all applicable regulations.

Secretarial Compliance: Coordination with local and global compliance agencies for regulatory compliances and record keeping of all ongoing/pending regulatory compliances Collection/Maintenance of data required for applicable compliances from various internal and external stakeholders Management of Board, Committee Meetings, AGM – Preparation of Directors’ Report, agenda and minutes Maintenance of Compliance Tool -Teamlease

CSR Compliance: Verification for eligibility of CSR projects and end-to-end documentation work relating to each CSR Project Management of CSR Committee meetings and preparation of agenda/minutes thereof Ensuring timely and correct CSR Disclosures as mandatorily required by law

Finance Compliance: Data collection and maintenance of financial data required for regulatory filings/disclosures Provide assistance in internal/external audits and provide compliance related documents, wherever required Maintaining and managing the documentation relating to Superannuation, Gratuity and Pension Trust of Nouryon oversee their Books of Accounts, meetings of Trustees and returns/compliances Assist with timely compliance relating to FEMA and LEI
