Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Type Full-time Description Sycamore Meadows Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at our Affordable Housing Community in Ypsilanti MI. The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support our maintenance team. Essential Functions: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties and unit inspections. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, masonry and landscaping items, as necessary.
