Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience in test automation, quality assurance, and software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.Develop automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define testing strategies.Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL.
Required Skills
8+ years of QA Automation experience.Experience with Java or Python programming.TestNG, JUnit, or BDD frameworks (Cucumber).API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or SoapUI.Strong SQL and database testing skills.Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner.Financial Services or Insurance domain experience. xzbcwsv DevOps and containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
