Senior Vice President, National Accounts

Drive growth. InspereX is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced National Accounts sales leader to help expand our private markets, ETF, SMA, and mutual fund businesses. This is an opportunity for a proven relationship-builder who enjoys bringing new solutions to market and turning platform access into meaningful sales.

Reporting directly to our President, you’ll own strategic home-office relationships across regional and independent broker-dealers, RIAs, banks, and trust companies. You’ll have the visibility, access, and influence to help shape our distribution strategy, along with the opportunity to build a team as the business grows.
This role is preferably located in our Delray Beach office, but remote work may be considered.
What You’ll DoBuild and execute a national accounts strategy that expands distribution and delivers measurable revenue growth.Develop strong relationships with home-office executives, product leaders, research teams, and due diligence professionals.Lead product approvals, onboarding, shelf placement, and launches, moving opportunities from initial conversations through commercialization.Navigate investment, product, and alternative investment committees to bring new solutions onto platforms.Partner with sales leadership to turn approvals into advisor education, adoption, assets, and revenue.Bring together product, sales, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and technology teams to deliver successful launches.Own sales goals, maintain an actionable opportunity pipeline, and share insights that inform our product and distribution priorities.Represent InspereX at client meetings, business reviews, and industry events.
What You’ll Bring10+ years of experience in national accounts, strategic accounts, home-office distribution, asset management distribution, or a related role.An established home-office network and a track record of securing approvals and shelf placements that generate measurable sales.Strong knowledge of ETFs and SMAs, meaningful private credit experience, and familiarity with private equity and mutual funds.Direct experience with major RIA custodians and Envestnet, including SMA/UMA or model delivery, due diligence, onboarding, and implementation.The confidence and communication skills to lead executive conversations, due diligence meetings, presentations, and business reviews.An entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to move opportunities forward in a collaborative environment. Appropriate FINRA licenses, or the ability to obtain them within required timeframes. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for national account coverage.
