Insurance Defense Paralegal

We are working with a growing Law Firm, looking to bring on a Paralegal to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience.

Requirements:3+ years of experiencePrior experience with discovery, medical summaries, updating adjusters, subpoenasAdvanced proficiency in legal research tools, document management platforms, and data room management (e.g., Intralinks, Firmex).Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:Handle 30 cases at a time, once you are ramped upConduct comprehensive due diligence research, perform lien and UCC searches, and prepare federal, state, and local regulatory filings (including Secretary of State filings and annual reports).Draft, review, and organize basic contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), closing certificates, and officer certificates.
The annual salary for this position is between 80k-90k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xzbcwsv
