Job SummaryWe are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support electrical service operations for trade shows and exhibitions. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating electricians, handling customer requests, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate billing.
ResponsibilitiesProcess service orders and clarify requests with exhibitors.Review orders against floor plans and prepare work tickets.Coordinate and dispatch electricians to exhibitor booths.Track work progress, labor hours, and materials.Enter data and verify billing information for accuracy.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing concerns.Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
RequirementsExperience in administration, data entry, order processing, customer service, or dispatching preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and basic computer skills. xzbcwsv Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
